When the Unexpected Happens: Critical Event Debriefing in the Operating Theater

During this live event, we will discuss how to best support one another when anesthesia and surgery go wrong in the operating theater and explore how we can learn from these complications to become stronger teams. We will define “no-blame culture” and introduce tools that surgical teams can employ to better support one another and learn from errors.
